Pump Boys… wrapped up around mid-July and I’ve been enjoying my time off ever since. I do miss the Heritage crowd, however.
I hope he understands unconditional love better than you understand punctuation.
Pump Boys and Dinettes has been running for about a week now. The show has been well-received and is very fun to perform. Joanna, my parents, and Erin have all been down to see the show; it’s been nice having them in Charlottesville! :)
I’m hours away from my Sunday off. Last weekend, we celebrated our Equity day off by having an Around The World party on Saturday night. Each apartment chose a different country and provided refreshments based on their location; we did Mexico. (Take a guess at what we provided). On Sunday, we took advantage of the weather and went hiking. We stopped at this cool water hole where there’s a rope swing off of which to jump into the water. The drive to and from the mountain was pretty scenic, too. So, all in all, good times. We’re having a toga party tonight (at the outdoor coliseum) and a pool party tomorrow, so I’m psyched to have fun with the Heritage gang.
In other news, we recently had our publicity photo shoot for Pump Boys and Dinettes. The photos should be pretty sweet, so I’ll be sure to post them. Also, tech week starts next week. Off to rehearsal!
